Starting up a sports coffee place?

Memorabilia would be on the walls, and it would have all the major sporting magazines sitting around. It would have a stadium like feel as well. Info on a Sports Auction in NYC on 11/9/07?

Sports Cards Store Closed, Out of Business, What now?
