What do Al Capone and OJ Simpson have in common?
maxman71 asked:
The Feds couldn’t nail Capone for his most egregious crimes. They had to settle for tax evasion, which put him out of commission. The same thing will happen to The Juice. He slithered away from the murder rap, but now they’ll nail him for this crazy sports memorabilia thing. OJ is such an idiot; instead of keeping a low profile, he has been flaunting his ill-obtained freedom and rubbing his continued wealth in the noses of the Law and the Goldmans. Once you make the Law out to be incompetent, you’re on their “List” and they’ll wait for the opportunity to nail you. Looks like they got their chance with OJ, who handed it to them on a silver platter. His arrogant “above the Law” personality ultimately did him in.

Those who put their faith in lies
Al Capone was no moral paragon, but he at least gave people jobs and sold a desirable product to the public that couldn’t be obtained legally (whiskey). And he may have killed more people, but they were all crooked and in the mob anyway so he was only murdering his own brand of scum. No comparison. I don’t think the authorities were watching or conspiring against O.J., but I imagine the prosecution in Nevada is going to ensure it has it’s act together.
