How to tell if old memorabilia/misc. stuff is worth anything?
Anne S asked:
We are going through our basement and have all sorts of old items (i.e. board games, puzzles, figurines, sporting equipment, etc.) Before we throw them out, we want to make sure that they are not valuable. Do you have any recommendations on how to decide what to hang on to for now? Any good websites?
Thank you!

Hang on to anything that is not made anymore (games). There may be books at your local library, or have an antique dealer look through what you’ve sorted.
Since you have such a diverse list, take the time to categorize them and go from there . Somewhere out here (cyberspace) there are collectors of everything From baseball cards to Valentines. Sorry I couldn’t be more specific.
