What kind of sports memorabilia do you collect?
C.G. asked:
I have collected Derek Jeter (Yankee’s SS) baseball cards since 1996 (took a few years off from like 01-03) and I now have about 475 different cards including autograph cards and used memorabilia cards. My favorite cards are a Derek Jeter/Alex Rodriguez used bat card, and a card with a piece of a ticket from a world series game.

Serial numbered autographed rookie cards-I now have over 200. I also collect certified autographed 8×10’s and baseballs mainly of my Brewers. I love the memorabilia cards too, I mainly stick to autographed ones though. They are cool. I have all the flyers from all the games I’ve gone to, some of them autographed before the games started.
I collect baseball cards, bobbleheads, autographed baseballs, baseballs in general, and other hats, photos, tickets, bats, pins, etc. I like just collecting huge amounts of baseball cards. Almost all of my 4000-5000 cards are wothless, but I like having them around. I have about 2 dozen bobbleheads, all of them for the Royals and the Northern League Kansas City T-Bones. I have bats used by T-Bones players, one used by Bake McBride,a nd another that was personally made for me in Cooperstown. I have a hat signed by Kansas City baseball legend Buck O’Neil, a ball, photo, and baseball card signed by Mike Sweeney, cards signed by David Dejesus and John Buck, balls signed by (among others) Bert Campaneris, Joe Carter, O’Neil, Amos Otis, John Mayberry, George Brett, Mark Gubicza, Frank White, and almost every player on the 2005 Kansas City Royals spring training roster.
anything…cards, bobbleheads, plaques, signatures, everything…lol
I love autographed jerseys. My favorites are my autographed Carmelo Anthony and Allen Iverson jerseys. I have some others, but those are my favorites. I also have a stick blade signed by Adam Foote. My daughter caught a foul ball @ a Rockies game that we were going to ask Matt Holliday to sign, but now ??. I’m also working on a Joe Sakic jersey, but after the snowblower accident, that’s on hold for a while.
I collect cards (about 6000), autographed baseballs and bats (I’ve got about 20) and Red Sox yearbooks (1974 to 2008)……..my favorite piece is a book autographed by Roger Clemens
I don’t have any right now, but I am about to buy this:…
